Seawater desalinator reverse osmosis

  • ECBH Reverse Osmosis Seawater Desalinator SW-Y 5/6 Domestic:

    Seawater desalination systems have been developed to obtain high quality drinking water in continuous operation 24 hours a day.
    The design of these robust desalinators has been improved to withstand the harshest working conditions in a marine environment.
    There is the possibility of designing and manufacturing larger equipment and features according to customer requirements.

    STANDARD FEATURES

     

    FEED PUMP (LOW PRESSURE):
    Stainless steel feed pump

    PREFILTRATION:
    Quartz and anthracite sand multimedia filter.
    Special width cartridge filter model BIG BLUE.

    HIGH PRESSURE PUMP:
    Triplex pump with ceramic plungers.

    REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE:
    • Polyamide membrane, made of thin film with spiral twist, which is the most advanced technology of the moment.

    PRESSURE VESSEL:
    • Pressure vessels made of a matrix of hot-cured epoxy resin and fiberglass as reinforcement, a combination that provides the best mechanical conditions.

    INSTRUMENTATION:
    • High pressure (0 to 100 bar) and low pressure (0 to 6 bar) gauges with internal glycerine, made of 316 stainless steel for long life.
    • High and low pressure switches in 316L stainless steel. The low does not allow the operation of the pump if the feed water does not arrive with enough pressure.
    • Production flow meter (flow meter) made of shock resistant methacrylate.

    CONTROL PANEL:
    • IP54 metal cabinet. The wiring includes numbered nomenclature for better identification of each cable.
    • Micro PLC with backlit LCD display.
    • Electronic salinity controller, which compares the resistivity of the water with the predetermined one on the electronic card, to automatically direct the water produced outside the production line when it is not potable, by means of a 3-way solenoid valve.

    STRUCTURE:
    • Compact equipment mounted on a stainless steel structure to ensure maximum resistance to corrosion in marine environments.

    CONNECTIONS:
    • Seawater inlets and outlets with metal connections to avoid breakage due to vibration.

    TESTING AND ADJUSTMENTS:
    All equipment offered is tested in our facilities before being sent to the customer.
    The tests include: partial tests of the main components during manufacturing, final tightness tests, hydraulic, electrical and electronic operation, safety systems, calibration of measurement equipment.

    EXPANDABLE SYSTEMS:
    All ECBH systems are expandable with only the installation of extra membranes.
