INTERESTED BUYERS WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE A LOI (LETTER OF INTENT) DEPENDING ON THE ECBH STOCK LOT AND/OR PROOF FUNDS TO ORGANISE VIEWING AND INSPECTION OF THE STOCK.
As mentioned on all our Stock Lot offers, all sales are based on a first come, first serve basis unless a reservation payment is received from the buyer.
Interest from any party that is unable to provide the required LOI and /or the proof of funds will not be considered.
There will be a full Contract covering all legal aspects of this Sale & Purchase agreement.
